How did you conceal a facial piercing?

just wondering.

I am curenttly trying to hide my eyebrow one.

I hide my ears with my hair, but of course i got caughty bbut it was a month later so i was allowed to keep them.

I am really only talking facial piercings bc you can hide a belly and nipple pretty well.

You can buy clear retainers at a tattoo/piercing parlor.

I use photography or stage make-up - it's thicker - and I fill the holes with it, then powder over. Just make sure the colors match or you'll just draw more attention to the area. I did this from age 14 to 18, and it worked like a charm. Covers tattoos, too.

everybody has all these complicated things but you cout just get some long bangs either straight across or side swept.

Well in all honesty, there isnt alot you can do to cover it

-yes .. there are retainers, but they are still visable. And if its an eyebrow piercing, its even more likely to be visable (especially if you have dark hair)

the other bad thing with retainers, is that they fall out quite easily, and so shouldnt be used for long pieriods of time. So i guess it would depend highly on how long you needed to hide it, and who from :p

You can hide it with a retainer (clear stud that will hide the piercing) and you buy them from most piercers

I wore a retainer in my nose piercing (I didn't HAVE to but I thought it would respectful) to a funereal once and it was so invisible!

Afterwards one of my friends asked me ,

"Joanne , why did you take your nose stud out?"

Shows how good they work =P
