hazel contacts look great with your skin. its not too obvious but it makes ur eyes just Pop!

as for hair id go with something elegant. maybe a rich chocolate color.

If you look like Beyonce then you don't need to do much in my opinion. Shiny blond hair will not look nice on you and any color you choose for your eyes will be OK.
