Have i finished growing.?

Im 18 years old and a lot of people are very suprised when i say im 18, they think im at most 16. I have quite hairy legs and am also hairy around the pubic region. I have just started growing facial hair within the last few months but nothing too thick just a bit of fluff. I have little body hair and my snails trail (hair between penis and belly button) is just starting to grow some proper dark hair. Above the belly button first traces of white/semi dark hair have appeared. i have nearly no chest hair apart from some white fluff. Im currently 5'8" but have grown 3/4 of a cm over the christmas break. Can anyone share their opinion. thanks

men and women actually dont stop growing till thier early to mid 20's so you are probably still growing just cause you are 18 and considered and "adult" doesnt make you stop growing.. you still are.
