What do Italian girls stereotypically look like? In the way of their faces, i.e. not hair/skin colou

I've been told several times that I look Italian, which I don't really understand seeing as I've got very pale skin and brownish hair, I thought Italian girls were stereotypically tanned and black haired...

So I'm just curious, is there any particular 'look' in the way of facial features, eyes, mouth, or whatever that Italian girls are supposed to have?

actually,(as one who knows)..my grandmother was born in palermo, sicily and she had a sterotypical olive complection but dark blue eyes and blue-black hair..however actually in certain parts of italy the norm is lighter skin,..lighter hair and blue or green eyes..straight slender "roman" nose..full lips..normally very beautiful(im partial?)..but more than half are olive skinned and dark hair and very sculpted looking eyebrows...classic beauty!..so it is a huge compliment to u if they say u have a italian look.,..you must be a very beautiful woman...merry christmas!

ALL ITALIAN GIRLS I'VE SEEN HAVE TANNED SKIN AND DARK HAIR, NEVER PALE, BUT THERE COULD BE SOME OUT THERE THAT ARE PALE AND LIGHT HAIRED.

I think... although I'm not sure.. they look.. Italian!

Northern Italians tend to be the ones with lighter skin and hair. My uncle is Italian and has light skin, light blue eyes, and light brown hair. (He has lighter skin and lighter blue eyes then I have, and I'm Polish and German! Going by stereotypes, shouldn't I be the one with lighter skin and light blue eyes instead of dark blue eyes?) Southern Italians (especially Sicilians), however, tend to have darker features. (Although these are also stereotypes, and you will always find exceptions.) You probably have features similar to Northern Italians like my uncle. As far as facial features go, however, I think you can only describe them as European.

i think it's just a complement, maybe you're multi racial and they don't want to offend you by assuming some different ethnicity. i don't think it is the nose or facial hair.

I'm a 100% Italian. And eveytime someone see's me (even a stranger) they'd say "Look at that Italian girl!" Italian girls normaly have darker hair, tanned skin, and dark eyes. There's just a certain look about Italian girls that lets people know you're Italian. What the ***** are you talking about (I don't know his name) that it takes a lot to make us pretty. We are naturally pretty! And what do you mean "And those noses......" There is nothing different about are noses you low-life piece of sh*it.

Italian girls are hairy. Thats for sure. It takes a lot of effort for them to look pretty. Not to mention those noses.
